Utility Assistance Program
The City of South Bend has expanded its Utility Assistance Program to provide utility relief for qualifying households. To qualify, you must have a South Bend utility account in your name, receive sewer service from the City, and have a household income at or below 80% of the area median income.
Eligible households can receive up to $25.50 off each monthly utility bill.
Apply by visiting southbend.in.gov/uap or calling 311.
